Abstract
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin kuruluşu, Millî Mücadele ve devrimler,
Türk tarihînin en önemli dönüm noktalarından biridir. Bu devir edebiyata da yansımış, pek çok romana konu olmuştur. Bunlardan biri Yılmaz Gürbüz tarafından kaleme alınan ve 2017 tarihînde yayımlanan Erciyes Tutkusu’dur.
Romanda Kayseri’de kurulan iki fabrika ele alınıyor ve bunların
ağır sanayi hamlesi olduğu belirtiliyor. Bunlar Uçak Fabrikası ile Bez
Fabrikası’dır. Ayrıca Atatürk’ün fikirlerine yer veriliyor, yaptığı devrimlerden ve bunların öneminden bahsediliyor. Devrimleri topluma
yaymak için yapılan mücadeleler anlatılıyor. Kayseri ve çevresinin tarihî ve coğrafi zenginliklerinden de geniş olarak bahsediliyor.
Romandaki bu yaklaşım, yazıda şu başlıklar altında ele alınmış ve
yorumlanmıştır: 1. Devrimler ve Kurumlar, 2. Çağdaşlık ve Bireysellik,
3. Devrim Karşıtlığı, 4. Diğer Konular.

Abstract
The establishment of the Republic of Turkey, the National Struggle
and the revolutions are one of the most important turning points in Turkish history. This period was also reflected in literature and was the
subject of many novels. One of them is Erciyes Tutkusu (Erciyes Passion), written by Yılmaz Gürbüz and published in 2017.
In the novel, two factories established in Kayseri are discussed and
it is stated that these are heavy industry movements. These are the Airplane Factory and the Cloth Factory. In addition, Atatürk’s ideas are
included, the revolutions he made and their importance are mentioned.
The struggles to spread these revolutions to the society are described. The historical and geographical richness of Kayseri and its surroundings is also extensively mentioned.
This approach in the novel is discussed and interpreted under the
following headings: 1. Revolutions and Institutions, 2. Modernity and
Individuality, 3. Opposition to Revolution, 4. Other Issues.
