KOSOVA CUMHURİYETİ ÜNİVERSİTE ÖNCESİ EĞİTİMDE YAPILAN TÜRKÇE EĞİTİM-ÖĞRETİMDE GÜNCEL SORUNLAR VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ

Abstract
Kosova’da Türkler yüzyıllardır yaşamaktadır ve bu nedenle Türkçe
eğitim uzun bir geçmişe sahiptir. Ancak, Kosova’da Türkçe eğitim her
zaman düz bir yol izlememiştir. Başlangıçta, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun (1455 - 1912) eğitim sistemi içinde gelişmiştir. Ancak Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun Kosova’dan çekilmesiyle, Türkçe eğitim
1912’den 1951’e kadar 39 yıl kesintiye uğramıştır. Daha sonra,
1951’den 1999’a kadar Yugoslavya’nın ve 1999’dan bugüne kadar da
Kosova’nın eğitim sisteminin ayrılmaz bir parçası olmuştur.
1912’deki Balkan Savaşları’ndan sonra, Balkan devletlerinin ittifakı tarafından yenilen Osmanlı İmparatorluğu, yarımadanın büyük bir
kısmından, Kosova da dâhil olmak üzere, çekilmek zorunda kaldı. Bu
savaştan sonra, azınlık olarak devam eden Türk topluluğu, Türk varlığının sürmesi ve tarih boyunca kaybolmaması için Türkçe eğitim ve
kültürü sürdürmek için mücadele etti.
Bu çalışmanın giriş bölümünde, 1912’den bugüne kadar Kosova
Türklerinin Türkçe eğitim için verdiği mücadelelere kısaca değinildikten sonra, 2023/24 eğitim yılında Kosova’daki yerleşim yerlerinde ve
okullarda Türkçe eğitim alan öğrenci sayıları verilecektir. Şu anda Prizren Üniversitesi’nde Sınıf Öğretmenliği, Anaokul Öğretmenliği ve Bilişim Teknolojileri bölümlerinde, Pristina Üniversitesi’nde ise Türk
Dili ve Edebiyatı bölümünde Türkçe eğitim verilmektedir.
Çalışma, Kosova’daki üniversite öncesi Türkçe eğitimdeki mevcut
sorunları ele alacak ve bu sorunların üstesinden gelmek için çözüm önerileri sunacaktır

Abstract
urks have been living in Kosovo for centuries, which is why
Turkish education has a long history in the region. However, Turkish
education in Kosovo has not always followed a straightforward path.
Initially, it developed within the education system of the Ottoman Empire (1455 - 1912). However, with the withdrawal of the Ottoman Empire from Kosovo, Turkish education was interrupted for 39 years from
1912 to 1951. Subsequently, from 1951 to 1999, it became an integral
part of Yugoslavia education system, and from 1999 to the present, it
has been integrated into Kosovos education system.
After the Balkan Wars in 1912, the defeated Ottoman Empire was
forced to withdraw from much of the peninsula, including Kosovo. Following this war, the minority Turkish community continued to struggle
to maintain Turkish education and culture to ensure the continuity of
Turkish presence and not be lost to history.
After briefly outlining the struggles of Kosovo Turks for Turkish
education from 1912 to the present in the introduction section of this
study, the number of students receiving Turkish education in settlements and schools in Kosovo in the 2023/24 academic year will be provided. Currently, Turkish education is provided at Prizren University in
the departments of Primary Education, Preschool Education, and Information Technology, and at Pristina University in the Turkish Language
and Literature Department.
The study will address current issues in pre-university Turkish education in Kosovo and propose solutions to overcome these problems.
