Abstract
Hicri 61 yihnda Kerbela’da Peygamberimizin torunu Hz. Hüseyin’in şehit edilmesi
ile sonuglanan Kerbela Olayi yiizyillardir hafizalardan silinmeyen ve butun Islam
Dünyasi'nı yasa bogan aciklı bir hadisedir. Her yil 10 Muharrem 'de yeniden
hatirlanan bu faciayi dile getiren sanat eserleri edebiyattan mimariye kadar degişik
alanlarda insanlan etkilemeye devam etmektedir. Yeni meydana getirilecek eserler
de yine aym duygulari ifade etmeye devam edecektir. Bu eserler ve uygulamalardaki
farkhhklar Islam Dinyasi 'nin bir zenginligi olarak dii§unulmelidir.

Abstract
The Kerbela event that occurred in 1961 according to hicri year and ended with the
Prophet Hyseyin, our prophet's nephew, being martyrized, is a very painful event that
has shocked the Islamic World and was not erased from it’s memory many years from
now. The works o f art that wish to commemorate this tragedy every year on the date
10 Muharrem, still continue to affect deeply the people o f every field, from literature
to architecture. The work that will be carried out in the future, will still continue to
express the same feelings also. This works o f art and the changes o f their
applications should be considered a rich heritage o f the Islamic World
